The End of Another Key West Season

We have come to the end of another Key West Season. I can't call it winter because we basked in temperatures in the 70s and low 80s for three months. Some of the highlights of the year include: another win for the title of Best Group at the Conch Honk Competition
Dinghy Cocktail Hour:

The Celebration of the 100th year of the Overseas Railroad.

The Great Naval Battle of the Conch Republic, where the rebel Conchs challenge the US Coast Guard. Biplanes and sea planes bomb the fleet with toilet paper and water hoses and "ancient" cannon, firing blanks, wreak havoc in the Key West Harbor.
These are some of the Key West fun activities that we'll miss until next year when we get to do them all over again. In the meantime, weather permitting, we are off for the Bahamas, this time hoping to reach Georgetown and some of the outer islands in the chain.
